Return Policy and Product Warranty Information
1) Your horseshoes are automatically registered for warranty with us at the time of purchase. It is not necessary to do anything further for warranty registration.
2) Alan Francis Legacy model horseshoes are guaranteed by the manufacturer against material defect breakage for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. All other horseshoes are guaranteed by the manufacturer against material defect breakage for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. For this guarantee to be valid, the broken shoe/shoes must be returned to us (customer pays return freight) during the warranty period. We suggest keeping the original carton for ease of shipping. After thoroughly examining the break and finding there to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace them as quickly as possible with a new matched set. We will follow this procedure up to two times during the one year warranty period of the original purchase.
3) If there is a defect in a product, you must call us at 1-877-633-0177 for exact return details. Should you require warranty service or need to return a registered set of horseshoes for warranty replacement you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA). Any returns coming in without an RA number will not be accepted.
4) If broken shoes are found to have been damaged by any means other than normal use, for instance: scoring, improper filing, welding, grinding, etc., then this warranty is null and void.
5) The customer is responsible for payment of all shipping charges, both for any product returned to us and for the cost of shipping any warranty replacements back to the customer.
6) We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee to cover all return shipping costs and all other costs associated with a merchandise return due to customer error, such as cancellation of an order that was already shipped or a return of merchandise that was ordered incorrectly by the customer (in our judgment).
7) Any discrepancies on an order such as a shortage in the order or incorrect merchandise shipped must also be initiated within 60 days of receipt of the merchandise. Incorrect merchandise is returnable for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) of the value of the product if unused.
8) Used merchandise is not returnable for credit.
