     The Cobra Horseshoe was developed to compete directly with the Diamond Tournament shoe. But since Diamond quit making horseshoes, it turned out to be its replacement! It's shape is very similar to the DTS and it's price is even better. But with the Cobra, you get much more than what Diamond gave you in a pair of horseshoes.

 

 

    

 

     The Cobra is offered in two colors, versus just one for the DTS. Also, all Cobras are match weighted so that you always get an exactly matched pair, which was not the case with the DTS. Plus, the Cobra has rounded edges, allowing for easier handling and a smoother release. It's a superior shoe for a tremendously low price!

      The Cobra is the same shoe as the old Imperial Plus reissued under a new name.

 

     Traditional feel, medium thick, medium wide blades, nicely rounded edges feel good in the hand. Low, soft thumb cleat. These shoes feel 'normal' and throw pretty well exactly like the newer Elmers. They are perhaps, a fraction more evenly weighted than the Elmers. Tip cleats and thumb cleat on same face. Arrow style points, dead soft body. Finger notch on inner edge. Sanctioned.
